Hello all, and welcome. I have no idea why I'm doing this except that a certain group of ladies from a Web community
called Just Breathe talked me into it. One too many, "Niceole, you should make a Website's" later, here I am.

what you'll find here is a collection of General Hospital and Pretender and Grey's Anatomy fan fic. Feedback links are on

Well, it's MLK day and I have managed to finish the "Twelve Fics of Christmas"! I know, it's
January... but 12 fics in under a month? Seriously, I'm kinda proud of that : )
So if you hit the Miscellaneous Fic link and follow the Twelve Fics connection, you'll find the final four.
All GA/PRP pairings this time because, well, the only two holidays I ever got to see Addison "celebrate" were ruined by Derek.
This time out, we follow up with Alex, Addison and their daughter Emma from the "Emma" series, catch up with Addison and Burke
from the "New Life" series, have a little fun with Addison and Wyatt and spend Christmas with Addison and Pete, who I haven't
written in a while but really enjoyed working on.
So I hope you all enjoy them, and thanks to everyone who sent feedback on the holiday project. It was great to
hear from you : )

Happy New Year! I'm back with the second set of fics for the "Twelve Fics of Christmas."
And while clearly the last set will be post-holidays, aren't you all really just amazed I'm back with four more before New
Year's is over? : )
Now added to the The Twelve Fics of Christmas link on the Miscellaneous Fic page are four
new fics. The Pretender, Matt Houston and GH fans (I know, don't pass out... I actually wrote GH fic)
will find something there to read and there's a new Addison fic focused on her family dramas.

On the Miscellaneous Fic Page, there's a link to a holiday gift from me to all of you called The Twelve
Fics of Christmas. Now... only four of them are done, but I figured three sets of four was better than me taking
forever to post. The first set feaures Addison/Derek, Addison/Alex, Cristina and Burke and Addison/Noah/Morgan.
All fandoms will be in the mix, but these were the first ones that came to mind.

Okay, my final story for the SupportStacie.net Fanfic Auction is finally finished. It was written
for jeribearRN and is posted with Jer's permission on the Grey's/PrP page. It's under the
Burke/Cristina photo, and it's called "A Guide to Reconciliation for the Difficult Man and Woman."
To everyone who's written feedback on all the other fics, first--thanks! And now that it's summer and my auction
commitments are finished, hopefully I can get back to all the fics you're wanting updates on. : )

And "As Trains Go Passing By..." is posted on the Grey's/PrP page -- It's an Addison/Alex fic
written for Sabine, who donated for a runner-up fic.

So I'm not sure I'm sold on Addison and Noah yet, but I had this idea that wouldn't leave me alone, and since I needed
to clear my head so I could write the fics I owe to the Support Stacie Auction winners, I wrote, lol. The story
is called "The Story We Belong In," and it's posted under the photo of Addison's hands on Noah's chest on the Grey's/PrP
page.

Okay, so Addison and Wyatt decided to take up the space that writer's block created in the Addison/Alex fic, so... "Naked"
has a sequel... "Being Seen." Both stories are now under the photo of Addison and Wyatt on the Grey's/PrP
page.

So I can't seem to get the homepage to let me load the banner I wanted, but I've decided to sign up to write in the
Support
Stacie April Author Auction.
The fandoms I signed up for are Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and The Pretender,
and so if there's something in one of those you've been wanting me to write, you can go bid on it and make me write it, LOL!

But I finally finished Part 2 of the Matt Houston Fic "Where Your Road Leads," and it's been added on the
Miscellaneous Fic page.

Okay, I've been plagued with this idea about Addison and Wyatt from Private Practice for weeks, so it's finally written
and "Naked" is posted on the Grey's/PrP page under the Addison only banner.
Progress has been made on three other stories, so hopefully more updates coming soon! <fingers crossed>

Hope everyone had a great holiday season. Mine kind of ate up all my fic writing time, but I'm trying to get back
at it. I have the second part of the Matt Houston fic, Part 3 of Falling Slowly, Part 3 of Vendetta, Part "God
Only Knows" of Matter of Blood and the epilogue of Who I Am Without You all in some state of started... so hopefully
I can start posting stuff soon.
In the meantime, I took up the 10 Song challenge I saw over at LiveJournal, but since I don't do LJ, they're posted here.
One for "The Pretender," which you can find on that page, and one for the Grey's/Private Practice fandom, which you can find
on that page under the Addison-only photo banner.

This update falls under the "OMG, I can't believe I'm posting this" category, but here goes... So way
back before I had a driver's license, my favorite show was "Matt Houston," and I remain bitter that it ended not with Matt
and C.J. together, but with him almost marrying the so unworthy Elizabeth (though at least he came to his senses before the
I Dos). Anyway... last year I got the series on DVD and watching it again reminded me how much I loved these two together,
and God help me... fic has sprung. DON'T JUDGE ME!
So "Where Your Road Leads, Part 1" is posted on the Miscellaneous
Fic page.
Part 2 of "Falling Slowly" and the "Who I Am Without You" epilogue are both in progress. I'll try to get
something up soon.
Note: I haven't officially abandoned any story, but I will say if you're waiting for an update
on any of the GH fics, right now, I just can't do it. The show has broken me at this point. But if I get inspired, I will
go back and work on whatever fic it is I have an idea for. Still working on the open Grey's and Pretender fics, so hopefully
updates pending soon on those.
