"I dreamed this."
"You did not."
"I did. More than once."
"You dreamed this? Us, here? When?"
"Before... before stuff got so messed up. You were over for dinner one night, and we just talked, you know, and
laughed. And, um, after you left I dreamt about you."
"And you dreamed this?"
"Well, first I dreamed about you naked in a hot, steamy shower, but then, yeah, I dreamed--"
"You are such a Neanderthal!"
"You asked."
"So I did. Okay, so when you dreamed 'this,' what did you dream?"
"This... us together, just happy, you know? No one trying to tell us we didn't fit or making trouble. And, I, um,
I dreamt her, sort of."
"How could you have dreamed her?"
"Because I knew I trusted you that much. I knew if I picked anyone on earth to have my daughter, it would be you."
"Sonny..."
"I did, really. Only in the dream, she wasn't half as beautiful as she really is."
"She's always extra beautiful when she's sleeping."
"Just like her mama."
"Speaking of, her mama is tired, too."
"Then I'll put her to bed. And then I'll put you to bed."
"Oh, will you?"
"Well... I could. Of course, I'd have to undo all that work I asked Alice to do before she left for the night."
"What work, Corinthos?"
"The tray of strawberries and chocolate and champagne... sitting in the bathroom... next to a tub just waiting to
be filled with hot, bubbly water."
"You don't play fair."
"If I played fair, Alexis, you'd be married to Jax now instead of me."
"Having the pilot kidnapped to stop us from flying to Las Vegas was a stroke of genius. Criminal genius... but genius
nonetheless."
"I had to stop you somehow."
"A polite, 'Alexis, I know I've been a total and complete ass to you the past several months since finding out about
Kristina, but I think I might be in love with you,' was so out of the realm of possibility?"
"You know me, counselor, I don't like to show all my cards that early in the game."
"You cheat at cards."
"So do you."
"I do not cheat."
"Alexis, are you forgetting that ace of hearts I found hidden in your... "
"Aren't you supposed to be putting Kristina to bed?"
"Yes. And then I'm taking you to bed."
"Taking, not putting?"
"Count on it."
